Staff Reset?

I here poeple have been talking about staff reset, like will,skull and etc etc, anyways i just wanted to say half of the staff haven't even joined the forum, most of them are just picked so they wont leave, anyways this is an example of why you guys shoudn't picked a person to be apart of the team

i think you guys should pick staff

1) someone who has joined the website
2) has experince and will be able to help the player's
3)someone who isnt going to ban/mute for no reason, like iamnoob did

I think most staff have joined the Forum but i dislike how i had to tempt them to come and register by offering to give them their Forum Rank -.-

that's funny my point is people need to join the forums before thinking about getting staff, also they should have a good about of post. i been on everyday since i got promoted
